Qualifications Candidates must meet North Carolina childcare licensing requirements and possess one or more of the following: - Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related field - CDA credential - NC Early Childhood Credential or equivalent qualification - Relevant infant, toddler, or early childhood classroom experience - Enrollment in an Early Childhood Education or CDA program Background check and state employment requirements apply.
