You'll be part of a mission-driven team that's building something enduring. ### Your New Role - As a core member of our service team, you'll work throughout the NYC Tri-State Area. - Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including central air conditioning, ductless mini-splits, VRF systems, gas heating, and electric heating systems. - Mentor and support junior technicians while helping maintain high standards of workmanship across the team. - Communicate clearly with customers and resolve service issues with care. - Ensure safety and code compliance in all service environments. - Complete service reports and follow-ups using ServiceTitan. - Participate in an on-call rotation and support emergency service as needed. **Hiring Expectations:** Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience. * * * - 5+ years of HVAC diagnostic and repair experience - Strong troubleshooting skills across central and split systems - Universal EPA Certification - OSHA 30, SST, and F60/G60 certifications (or willingness to obtain) - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing - Ability to complete any job-related pre-employment screening requirements after a conditional offer of employment, where permitted by applicable law **Pam Air Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.** All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status. #yellow
