Our partner is looking for a Lead Fullstack Engineer based in India.** The Lead Fullstack Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable software solutions for complex digital products. This position focuses on building high-performance backend services while contributing to modern frontend experiences using cutting-edge technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide engineering practices, and help deliver impactful solutions that address real business challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to drive technical excellence and influence product outcomes. ### Accountabilities: The Lead Fullstack Engineer will be responsible for leading technical delivery, designing scalable applications, and collaborating with teams to build high-quality software solutions. The role requires strong ownership, architectural expertise, and the ability to balance hands-on development with technical guidance and client collaboration. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and modern engineering practices. - Build and optimize cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, and S3. - Develop secure, performant, and maintainable software solutions aligned with enterprise standards. - Contribute to frontend development using JavaScript, React, and TypeScript when required. - Collaborate with clients, product stakeholders, designers, and engineers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Lead technical discussions, provide recommendations, and communicate project progress with stakeholders. - Participate in architecture design, technical planning, estimation, and implementation activities. - Apply software engineering best practices including SOLID principles, design patterns, testing strategies, and secure development practices. - Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance. - Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Mentor engineers, share knowledge, and contribute to technical communities and engineering practices. - Drive projects independently from initial concept through deployment while ensuring quality and reliability. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate will have extensive fullstack engineering experience with strong backend expertise, cloud architecture knowledge, and the ability to lead technical initiatives.
