Lead Custodian

## Overview Please see job description. ## Description - LB&B Associates, Inc. is seeking full-time Lead Custodians to provide operations and maintenance services located at the Brookhaven IRS Facility, Holtsville NY. **Contract Award Contingency:** This position is contingent upon contract award. Work Schedule/Shifts: Saturday through Wednesday: 6:00am-2:30pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm, and 10:00pm-6:30am. Requirements (include but not limited to): At least 1 year of related custodial lead experience. Minimum (2) years' experience in general commercial or government building cleaning including sanitizing. Hard surface floor care preferred but not required. Floor care skills including carpet, vinyl/tiling treatment, and working with all-purpose cleaning. Job includes general office cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and removing trash/recycling from office areas. Stripping, waxing, and buffing experience highly desired. Cleaning and sanitizing office space, breakrooms and restrooms. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
