The ideal candidate is a **structured, disciplined, and skillful cook who approaches and completes work with strong attention to detail and follow-through**. **Banquet experience or a culinary degree are required for this key scratch-cooking position.** **This is a full-time position. Shifts require every-other weekend work.** **What you will do:** Lead preparation for scratch entrees, soups and deserts, as well as prepping and stocking the kitchen. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
