Lead Construction Manager

Are you ready to Be The Piece? **AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL:** **(The day-to-day on the job)** - Lead the field construction organization: WPO Leads, Construction Managers, Construction Quality Leads, and Assistant Construction Manager. - Own field HSE leadership in partnership with the HSE Director (Hector Cruz); enforce LIFE program and BeyondZero expectations. - Support CM with the construction look-ahead, daily and weekly planning rhythms, and constraint removal on the owner side. - Own contractor performance management, productivity tracking, and field issue escalation. - Partner with the Lead PM and PC27/PC21/Enabling PMs to deliver milestone-by-milestone against the program schedule. - Champion quality-at-the-source culture; ensure first-time-right execution on critical systems. - Lead constructability inputs into design and value engineering. - Build and run the field leadership team's operating cadence (daily plan-of-day, weekly look-ahead, monthly construction reviews). - Supporting in constructability reviews and site logistics efficiencies. **WHO WE ARE:** We are a Service Provider company different from the rest.
