We’re currently seeking an experienced **Lead Electrician** to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in doing the job right, mentoring others, and upholding high standards on every project. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and oversee electrical installations on commercial and multifamily construction projects - Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper layout and installation - Supervise and support journeymen, apprentices, and helpers on site - Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local and national electrical codes - Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety, quality, and efficiency - Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors **Qualifications:** - Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience - Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred - Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes - Ability to read and interpret construction documents - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Florida journeyman or master electrician license (preferred) **We also offer a full benefits package that includes:** - **Health Insurance - 4 different plans to choose from** - **Dental/Vision/Life** - **401K Matching** - **Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays** - **Employee Referral Program** **Physical Requirements:** - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. - Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed during the workday. - Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. - Ability to safely navigate construction sites, including uneven surfaces and ladders. - Must be able to use hand tools and power tools required for electrical tasks. - Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, etc.). - Must be able to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
