### This position is a masters-level clinician with demonstrated leadership abilities and clinical excellence. This individual serves as the primary resource for clinicians assigned to their team. This Key Person is responsible for role optimization, onboarding of new team members, advocacy, and acting as the primary supervisor for assigned staff. This position maintains a caseload of clients for whom they act as clinical therapist, with caseload size adjusted to account for supervisory responsibilities. In collaboration with the treatment team, the Clinical Lead provides and supports their assigned supervisees in providing services including but not limited to crisis intervention and risk assessment; treatment planning and on-going assessment; client education; intensive outpatient services; individual, family, group and collateral therapy and referral and advocacy. We provide treatment according to each client’s individualized comprehensive treatment plan and in compliance with all applicable directives, including but not limited to all current and thereafter amended federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations required under this position. The Clinical Lead is also required to meet agency and regulatory bodies’ policies regarding documentation and best practice standards. Caseloads may include diverse populations with a variety of clinical needs. The Clinical Lead is a positive team player that promotes a culture of inclusion and participation. **Minimum Qualifications:** - 3 years of individual, family, and group therapy experience. - Strong understanding of crisis intervention. - Prior experience completing intake assessments and risk assessments. - Experience with diagnosis of children, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultures and backgrounds. - Thorough understanding of ethics and Kentucky law pertaining to clinical work. - Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, as well as family systems. - Excellent written communication and clinical documentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Fully trained and experienced in an evidence-based practice applicable to working with child and adolescent survivors of trauma (e.g., TF-CBT, PCIT, EMDR, etc.). - 3 years of experience providing trauma-focused therapy to children, adolescents, families, and adults. - Excellent public speaking, organizational, and leadership skills. - Strong knowledge of community resources. - Leadership and supervisory experience. **We offer a very strong total rewards package including:** - Low co-pay Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance - 403(b) plan with matching contributions - Paid Time Off for Vacation, Sick and Holidays - Tuition reimbusement ***About KyUMH*** For more than 155 years, KyUMH has served youth and families through residential treatment and supportive services designed to help young people build safer, healthier, and more stable futures. ***Equal Opportunity Employer*** KyUMH is committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
