We pride ourselves on **professional service, attention to detail, and exceptional customer satisfaction.** This role also serves as a **Lead Technician**, helping guide other technicians on job sites and ensuring high-quality results. # What You'll Do As a **Cleaning Technician – Carpet & Floor Cleaning**, you will: - Perform **professional carpet cleaning services** using hot water extraction (steam cleaning) - Clean **carpets, rugs, upholstery, tile & grout, and other flooring surfaces** - Operate **truck-mounted carpet cleaning equipment and professional floor cleaning tools** - Lead and train technicians on proper cleaning techniques and equipment use - Communicate with customers and provide excellent service onsite - Inspect completed jobs to ensure quality standards are met - Maintain company vehicles, hoses, and cleaning equipment - Document completed work and job details - Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices # Qualifications We are looking for candidates with experience in **carpet cleaning, floor cleaning, or restoration services**, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Preferred qualifications include: - 2+ years experience as a **carpet cleaning technician, floor cleaning technician, or restoration technician** - Experience operating **truck-mounted carpet cleaning equipment** - Leadership or crew lead experience - Strong customer service and communication skills - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work **Carpet cleaning or floor cleaning experience preferred but not required.
