We're looking for an experienced **Lead Carpenter** who can confidently lead projects in the field, coordinate daily jobsite activities, and deliver outstanding workmanship from start to finish. If you take ownership of your work, enjoy solving challenges, and set a high standard for quality, we'd love to meet you. ## **What You'll Do** As our Lead Carpenter, you'll be responsible for keeping projects moving safely, efficiently, and to the highest level of craftsmanship.
