**Lead Business Systems Analyst CX** \*\*Job Title: Lead Business Systems Analyst - CX\*\* \*\*Location:\*\* Richardson, TX (Complete Onsite) \*\*Position Overview:\*\* IDR is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst - CX to join our team. This role involves leading efforts to design and implement digital solutions aimed at enhancing the customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, define system, and ensure seamless delivery of commerce and self-service solutions. \*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\* - Lead the design and implementation of customer experience solutions that streamline customer interactions and improve satisfaction. - Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into technical. - Coordinate development efforts, perform system configuration changes, and oversee testing processes to ensure quality deliverables. - Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose IT solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs. - Manage project timelines and coordinate resources for successful project delivery and post-implementation support. \*\* :\*\* - 6+ years of SAP Commerce solutions project implementation experience. - 3+ years of experience leading full lifecycle SAP Commerce project implementations. - Strong functional understanding of B2B Sales processes and concepts. - Demonstrated ability to produce functional specifications for various project sizes. - Working knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution processes and data structures preferred.
