If you love working with young children and want a supportive, family‑focused environment with a consistent weekday schedule, we’d love to meet you. **What You’ll Do** - Create a warm, engaging, and safe classroom environment - Support hands‑on learning, social‑emotional development, and age‑appropriate skills - Guide children through daily routines with patience and positivity - Communicate daily with families - Maintain a clean, organized classroom - Collaborate with co‑teachers and leadership **Lead Teachers** also take the lead on lesson planning, classroom organization, and developmental observations. **Assistant Teachers** support lesson implementation, help maintain an organized classroom environment, and assist with developmental observations. **What You Bring** - High school diploma or GED - Experience working with young children (preferred but not required for Assistants) - CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain - Reliable, positive, and team‑oriented **Preferred:** CDA or degree in Early Childhood, experience in licensed childcare **What We Offer** - **$13 - $15 hr based on experience & education** - Wellness package - PTO + **paid holidays** - Childcare discounts Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour ## This Is Your Moment The joy of childhood comes from those bright sparks of discovery -- moments that delight and surprise us.
