Lead Assessment Clinician

SAGE Counseling is actively looking for a **Full-Time Lead Assessment Clinician** to conduct assessments, diagnosing, and complete intakes for new clients. The Lead position will also assist with reviewing and approving completed assessments. This role requires a Behavioral Health License (LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW). **Where will you work?:** Assessment Clinicians have the opportunity to work from home; but must reside in Arizona. All equipment needed for this position is provided.
