Layout Foreman

Our exclusive building methodologies, accredited safety standards and professional execution allow us to turn our customers’ greatest concepts into reality. **Position Summary** Required to lay out information requested by the associated field personnel in a timely manner that meets the concrete pour schedule. **Primary Responsibilities** - Utilizing total station equipment, the Layout Foreman will be required to receive point data information from the CAD department. - Lay out plumbing sleeves & hangers, piping sleeves & hangers, duct sleeves & hangers. - The Layout Foreman may be required to travel to our job sites to “collect” information and send to the CAD department for coordination and/or fabrication. - This person will be expected to travel to job sites, regardless of location. - As needed with new construction or existing buildings, the layout foreman may be required to “collect” information for as-built purposes and then download the information to the CAD department for coordination and/or fabrication. **Accountability** - Comply with all company policies and procedures. - All employees are accountable for safety and health and are empowered to stop work if an unsafe condition is present.
