If you love working outdoors, being hands-on, and being part of something growing and exciting — this is your moment. **Additional Essential Functions:** - Put your skills to work using both hand-held and powered equipment to apply fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides — tackling weeds head-on while helping lawns and ornamentals thrive. - Operate with confidence and integrity by following all state and federal regulations, company policies, and local ordinances. When homeowners are present, you’ll connect with them, ask the right questions, address concerns, and assess current lawn conditions to ensure we’re delivering the best possible results. **Wage Range: $23.00-$27.00 per hour. Up to $30/hour for experienced technicians. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience.
