As a **Laundry Supervisor**, you’re not just supervising daily laundry and/or uniform operations– you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. operations ### Responsibilities Here's what you'll do during a typical day: - **Supervise day-to-day laundry team operations:** Lead, train, and oversee Laundry and Uniform team members to maintain a consistent supply of clean linens and uniforms - **Manage uniform distribution:** Oversee ordering, distribution, and inventory of team member uniforms - **Oversee linen processing:** Assign, supervise, and assist with tasks such as collecting, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, ironing, folding, and storing linens while ensuring proper equipment maintenance - **Monitor quality and efficiency:** Track linen quality, inventory levels, stain and damage rates, and production reports, ensuring timely rewashing, repairs, and reordering as needed - **Optimize productivity:** Assign machinery, equipment, and work areas while maintaining productivity records, including hourly production metrics ### Qualifications **What It Takes to Make the Stay** At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of **Hospitality**.
