Within the global Launch Operations team, you stand at the core of our mission: transforming complex campaigns into repeatable, scalable and reliable operations over multiple launch sites. Your work creates the structure that enables teams across the world to execute with confidence and precision. During campaigns you are an essential contributor to ensure the established processes are followed and the months of preparation are turned into a successful launch day. Your Role in Our Space Mission : Coordinate launch and stage acceptance campaigns with all nee ded involved teams , needed reviews and mandatory documentation to ensure full readiness. Improve and develop our operational processes for future campaigns together with the operational team both in Germany and on our launch sites worldwide . As our launch cadence grows and additional sites come online, you will contribute to our team shaping the future of multi ‑ site launch operations and define how our global team executes missions. Feeding flight experience directly back into engineering teams, ensuring that operational insights continuously improve our system design.
