You'll play a vital role in ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of landscape services while representing both our brand and our clients on their properties. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and safety protocols - Maintain quality standards and achieve job budgets - Operate and maintain equipment according to company guidelines - Communicate client issues or opportunities to account managers promptly Experience and Skills: - Landscaping, lawn care, tree and shrub care, planting flowers, pruning, lawn mowing - Eagerness to develop horticulture expertise, including plant identification and plant maintenance techniques - Responsible use of landscape tools, vehicles, and equipment - Snow Removal: Safely clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and other areas. Position Requirements: - No experience required - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in constant standing and walking - Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude Company The idea for the Klausing Group was formed in 1992 by two teenage brothers on a mission to buy a car.
