**Together we CAN!** Full-time (Monday – Friday 7am to 3:30pm) **The Groundskeeper** provides service to the residents in the community that enable them to function at the highest possible level. This service includes: - General labor - Excellent customer service and time management skills - Drivers license preferred - Operate sprinkling equipment and water lawns. - Plant installation - Mulch and pine straw installation - Landscape lighting maintenance - Water feature maintenance - Prune/trim trees and hedges. - Backpack blowing entrances, parking lots, etc - Inspect flowers, shrubs and trees for evidence of insects, fungi and other pests. - Spray and dust chemicals on infected areas. - Rake leaves and grass, clean gutters. - Clean wooded areas. - Pressure washing - Drain and irrigation maintenance - Pick up rubbish. - Clean side walks and driveways. - Move tables and furniture.
