Dewberry offers a comprehensive and very competitive package of insurance programs to regular full-time employees and their eligible dependents the first of the month following their date of hire. Positions within our officer program are also eligible for an annual bonus and stipend. Both vary based on level within the program and bonuses are dependent upon company performance. In addition, a host of discounted purchase programs are available to all employees. ## Responsibilities This position requires 10+ years of experience in site planning and land development including the production and management of; design of grading, storm water management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities. ## Required Skills & Required Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering - 10+ years of experience - Proven Business Development Experience - Leadership and mentoring of project team - AutoCAD with Civil3D skills - Technical competency in roadway, utilities and drainage design and construction - Professional Engineering licensure within Colorado - Strong written and interpersonal communication skills - Desire to work and manage in a team environment Don’t meet every single requirement?
