In addition, a host of discounted purchase programs are available to all employees. ## Responsibilities This position requires 10+ years of experience in site planning and land development including the production and management of; design of grading, storm water management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities. ## Required Skills & Required Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering - 10+ years of experience - Proven Business Development Experience - Leadership and mentoring of project team - AutoCAD with Civil3D skills - Technical competency in roadway, utilities and drainage design and construction - Professional Engineering licensure within Colorado - Strong written and interpersonal communication skills - Desire to work and manage in a team environment Don’t meet every single requirement?
