Laborer - CDL A - Track

## Description Cranemasters is seeking hardworking, safety-focused individuals to join our team as **Railroad Laborers**. This role supports critical field operations including rerailing, track maintenance and repair, load adjustment/transfer, and railcar repair. As part of a 24/7 emergency response team, you’ll play a vital role in restoring and maintaining railroad operations safely and efficiently. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced outdoor environments. **Key Responsibilities** · Follow all safety policies, attend briefings, and wear required PPE · Perform manual labor (lifting, digging, carrying materials, cutting vegetation) · Load, move, and stage tools and materials for job sites · Assist with rigging, winch lines, and equipment setup · Operate hand, hydraulic, and (if qualified) cutting/welding tools · Clean and organize worksites, vehicles, and equipment · Restock supplies and support team operations as needed **Skills/Qualifications** · Preferred experience in manual labor experience (construction, farming, utilities, or similar) · Valid driver’s license with good record · Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn · Commitment to safety standards · Ability to pass required training (including E-Rail Safe) · **24/7 availability**, including nights, weekends, and holidays **Physical Requirements** · Lift up to 50 lbs regularly · Work on uneven terrain in all weather conditions · Stand, walk, bend, and work extended hours as needed **Why join Cranemasters?** Cranemasters is a leading provider of emergency railroad services operating 24/7 across the country.
