What You'll Do - Support the team directly by working alongside employees, providing real-time coaching, and helping resolve operational challenges. - Coach, develop, and support employees through training, one-on-one meetings, team huddles, performance feedback, and ongoing skill development. - Ensure quality and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation, supporting regulatory requirements, and promoting adherence to laboratory procedures and best practices. - Drive operational excellence by managing schedules and staffing needs, monitoring inventory, supporting process improvements, and partnering with leadership to enhance team performance and efficiency.
