If you need assistance applying, please contact our HR team at HR@eyak-nsn.gov * * * # About This Role *Following all policy and procedures and under the guidance of the Laboratory Supervisor, provide clerical and technical support through reception, specimen processing and laboratory organization.* ***Duties/Responsibilities:*** · Performs laboratory testing and associated activities (e.g., specimen collection and processing, QC, maintenance, etc.) · Accept samples for on-site testing or for sending to contracted reference laboratories. · Reviews lab sample integrity, ensuring labelling and paperwork are correct. Resolves discrepancies with documentation. · Review manually entered results daily to ensure accuracy. · Assists with maintenance procedures of laboratory equipment. · Assists with laboratory space organization, reception, record maintenance, scheduling and general duties to facilitate lab administration. · Assist in preparing lab for inspection from regulatory institutions. · Actively participate in Laboratory Quality Assurance activities with emphasis on ensuring compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies. · Perform Quality Control (QC), troubleshooting, and appropriate documentation as directed by Laboratory…
