Lab Technician (MLT)

## Description - PRN, varied shifts - Shift includes rotating call and holidays - Obtain specimens and maintain specimen equipment - Perform complex medical laboratory tests for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease - Analyze laboratory findings to check accuracy of the results - Enter data from analysis of medical tests and clinical results into computer for storage - Operate, calibrate and maintain equipment used in quantitative and qualitative analysis - Excellent interpersonal skills and professional patient interactions - Complete clerical duties involving the laboratory - May travel to other departments and community to collect specimens - **Required:** Graduate of an approved Medical Laboratory Program - **Required:** Associate degree of Applied Science - **Preferred:** ASCP certification **Why Choose Us?** Our mission is to enrich our community by providing quality, compassionate care to every patient and contributing to the well-being of every family.
