If you are eager to learn how to collect blood specimens from patients to help facilitate testing by laboratory technologists, we would love for you to apply for our part-time & PRN Lab Aide positions! ***Please note, the position may work varying shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.*** **What You'll Need:** - High School diploma or equivalent, required - Certified Phlebotomist, preferred **What You'll Do:** - Record daily temperatures of incubators, blood bank, refrigerators and other equipment to ensure the quality of supplies and specimens - Utilize the Laboratory computerized management system to ensure timely and accurate record keeping, patient test ordering and billing, along with other specimen/billing processes. - Answer phones, fax results and handle requests for patient results.
