If you have a strong drive for results, a desire to help us bring the world together through our fries, and are ready for a fresh challenge, we want to hear from you. **Job Description Summary** This position requires constant monitoring of the batter system and the ability to operate and troubleshoot the batter and condiment equipment. **Job Description** - Understands how to look up QA Specifications for batter and condiment - Understands product codes and labels on batter and condiment tickets and how to use manifest to track inventory. - Safely opens, handles and hangs batter bags. - Monitors and adjust sugar mix tank concentration as required. - Monitors and adds condiment to the formed line hopper when needed. - Maintains dry batter hopper and auger levels as needed. - Assembles/Disassemble batter equipment when needed. - Communicates problems to appropriate personnel. - Maintains expected level of sanitation in work area. - Fills out paperwork as required. - Understands chemicals and the hazards associated with the processing area. - Performs assigned duties during cut changes and defrost as required. - Cleans under and around batter and sugar mix areas. - Performs other duties as assigned **Basic & Preferred Qualifications** Position Requirements: Education/ Certifications: (Required & Preferred) - High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred - Lock-out/Tag-out, Forklift, and Sanitation certification are required. If you are not qualified, you will be trained and must meet certification requirements. Skills and Experience: - Effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing. Ability to understand instructions and follow directions in English, both written and oral. (Requirement may vary by location). - Must be able to be qualified within time frames established by facility. - Ability to perform basic math functions, required. - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer operation knowledge, data entry skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Physical Environment/Demands: - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently. - Exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature - Exposure to manufacturing environments for up to 8 hours per work day to include: loud noise, excessive heat, cold, wet, slippery conditions, dirt, fumes, smoke, smells and allergies - Ability to do repetitious arm, wrist and hand movements required for job actions and procedures. - Must be able to work with hands and arms overhead, and to work in or under the equipment. - Requires manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance to work both at ground level and in high places to perform job duties. Ability to operate work related equipment - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. - Exposed to temperatures ranging from -20 degrees below zero to 35 degrees Fahrenheit in Freezer Operation and 37 degrees to 90 degrees Fahrenheit in Plant Operation - May have to sample food while evaluating Lamb Weston products - Climbing to various heights v…
