Let’s create something incredible together! We’re looking for a Platform Infrastructure Engineer to join our Platform Infrastructure Operations Team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational health, maintenance, and reliability of the Kubernetes infrastructure and in-cluster services that underpin Anaplan’s SaaS product offering. You will focus on maintaining the stability and performance of our large-scale production environments. This includes participating in on-call rotations, responding to incidents, performing essential maintenance, and supporting our developer teams with Kubernetes related queries and asks. This is a hands-on role where you will work with a broad range of modern infrastructure technologies to ensure our platform is secure, resilient, and efficient. This role will report directly to the Engineering Manager. Your Impact Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patching across our Kubernetes clusters and in cluster services to ensure stability and security. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis and participating in incident/problem management processes. Address and remediate security vulnerabilities within the platform in a timely manner. Collaborate with development teams, addressing queries and requests related to Kubernetes and infrastructure. Contribute to automation efforts to reduce manual tasks and improve system reliability. Develop and improve observability by developing dashboards and alerting within Grafana to drive improvements in MTTD and MTTR. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Hands-on experience managing and supporting infrastructure in a Public Cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
