Pay for performance is a salesperson’s greatest compensation motivator! Our compensation plan rewards solid performance with a strong commission rate and the opportunity to reach your true earning potential. With this pay structure, our sales consultants earn $110,000 - $250,000 in annual income following the initial 2 weeks of training. Get paid what you’re worth and enjoy what you do!!! If you are looking to join a company with future opportunities and make great money at the same time, you don’t want to miss this opportunity! **Responsibilities:** · Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sale methodology. · Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately. · Follow up as required with our Admin and Operations team to ensure successful completion of your customer’s project. **Basic Qualifications:** · High school degree or equivalent · Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. · 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended. **Who You Are:** · CLOSER!! One Call Close. · An Independent business owner / 1099 Independent Contractor · Passionate about selling. · Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely. · Ability and comfortability traveling to sales leads anywhere in and around a 2-hour radius from your home. · Self-motivated, detailed, and organized. · Enjoy working as an independent contractor to maximize your earning potential. · The ability to not take “no” personally and a healthy sense of competitiveness. · Time and work process management skills and the ability to work independently. · The owner of any iPhone and a 12.9 iPad pro with cell service and keyboard. · Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen. **Schedule:** · We’ll provide you with preassigned sales leads up to 5 days a week, Monday through Saturday.
