## Description **Basic Job Responsibility:** A great dishwasher is the backbone to any great kitchen, without one a kitchen cannot serve the guests in a quick and timely manner. We have AM and PM dishwashing shifts and these allow for accommodating many different schedules. We have a beautiful place, and we need you to make sure that every experience is clean and beautiful **Specific Responsibilities:** • Putting together, taking apart, and cleaning dish machine • Picking up dishes from all events as necessary • Washing and drying dishes, equipment and other items • Putting items in their correct places • Collecting and taking out trash from all kitchen trashcans • Breaking down and properly disposing of all boxes • Sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping communal areas • Scrubbing floors and walls in dish pit • Restock gloves, cleaning supplies, and towels • Fulfilling all opening or closing duties **Position Requirements:** • Must have at least 1 year of dishwashing experience • Must be able to lift 50 Lbs. on a regular basis • Must be able to be on your feet for 8-10 hours a day • Must be able to in extreme temperatures and around cleaning chemicals • Must have hygienic appearance • Must have non-slip work shoes Reports directly to Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and ultimately to the General Manager.
