If this sounds like a match for you, apply today! **Note that compensation will be based on candidates experience Job Type: Full-time** **Responsibilities** - Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment - Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.) - Check food while cooking to stir or turn - Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served - Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen - Ensure all food and other items are stored properly - Continuously check quality of ingredients - Monitor stock and replenish as needed **Requirements and skills** - Proven experience as cook - Experience in using cutting tools, cookware - Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, boiling, frying, etc.) - Ability to follow all sanitation procedures - Ability to work as part of a team **Benefits** · · Employee discount · · Paid time off **Schedule** · 10 hour shift · 8 hour shift · Day shift · Holidays · Monday to Friday · Night shift · Weekend availability **Education** · High school or equivalent (preferred) Compensation: $37,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year **Welcome to Paradiso Mexican Restaurant** For over 40 years, Paradiso Mexican Restaurant has been the hot spot for birthdays and celebrations throughout North Dakota.
