**Kitchen (Restaurant) Manager #103** The Texan Stores is seeking a full-time Kitchen Supervisor to lead kitchen operations at our store in **Monahans, Texas**. The Texan is not your typical convenience store. Our stores are large and beautifully designed with a style that represents the state we live and work in. We serve a variety of merchandise commonly found in convenience stores, and much that is not. Our stores also contain full kitchen operations serving freshly made to order food and grab and go options. Some call us "a restaurant that serves gas". The successful candidate for this position will be a savvy kitchen leader that knows how recruit and manage a winning team, drive food sales, and lead successful kitchen operations.
