We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused sales professional who enjoys working directly with homeowners and helping them bring their vision to life. **We offer:** - Paid training and ongoing support - Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential - Health insurance stipend - Vacation and holiday pay - Clear opportunities for growth within our company - Signing bonus based on experience and performance - Locally owned and operated company with a beautiful Orchard Park showroom - Rapidly growing business with a strong reputation in the community - In-house installation team for better customer experience and project quality **How You’ll Get Leads** - Warm leads provided through company marketing and lead-generation partners - Walk-in showroom traffic - Referrals from satisfied clients - Networking events and community involvement - **Opportunity to generate your own leads for increased commission opportunities** **What You’ll Do** - Meet with homeowners to discuss kitchen remodeling projects - Conduct in-home consultations and showroom appointments - Build trust with clients by understanding their goals, budget, and vision - Present solutions across our full range of services including: - Cabinet Painting - Cabinet Refacing - Redooring - New Cabinets - Countertops - Kitchen Tune-Ups and Accessories - Prepare proposals, estimates, and sales presentations - Utilize basic design software such as SketchUp or similar programs (training provided) - Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process - Confidently ask for the sale and close projects professionally - Coordinate project details with our office and installation teams - Attend networking events and represent the company in the community - Perform final project walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals **What Makes You a Great Fit** - Strong sales and customer service skills - Comfortable discussing home improvement or construction-related projects with homeowners - Basic understanding of remodeling, cabinetry, carpentry, construction materials, or residential renovations - Ability to read measurements and understand layouts/design concepts - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through abilities - Self-motivated and goal-driven - Professional demeanor suitable for working inside clients’ homes - Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed for appointments **Preferred Experience & Qualifications** - Previous experience in: - Home improvement sales - Kitchen and bath remodeling - Construction sales - Flooring, cabinetry, windows, roofing, or similar industries - Proven track record in sales and closing deals - Experience with estimating, quoting, or project consultation preferred - Familiarity with design software is a plus - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation **Compensation & Benefits** - Commission structure (with a weekly draw) - Uncapped earning potential - Paid training - Health insurance stipend - Paid vacation and holidays - Growth opportunities within the company Give us a call to learn more — we’re excited to meet the next member of our growing team!
