This is not a traditional restaurant kitchen role. Our school does not operate a full commercial kitchen or cook large-scale meals from scratch. This position focuses primarily on meal warming, cold food preparation, snack preparation, fruit and vegetable prep, portioning, food safety, allergy awareness, inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This role is ideal for someone with food service, café, brunch, childcare, school cafeteria, meal prep, or kitchen support experience who enjoys a predictable weekday schedule and a calm, family-oriented school environment.
