Be a part of a dedicated team that values your expertise and commitment to enhancing the well-being of those we serve. **Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. - Skilled with Trach/Vent/cpap - Provide PEG Tube care - Administer medications and monitor patient responses. - Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. - Record patient health information and vital signs accurately. - Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes. - Participate in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities. **Requirements:** - Valid LPN license in the state of Maryland. - Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. **About Us:** KINDHEARTED HEALTHCARE SERVICES INC has been providing exceptional healthcare services for over a decade.
