If you're passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** - Experienced in Tracheostomy and Ventilator. - Skilled in G-Tube. - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans - Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders - Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress - Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and medical records - Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition **Requirements:** - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program - Current BLS/CPR certification required - Previous clinical nursing experience preferred - Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams - Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care **About Us:** Kindhearted Healthcare Services Inc is a trusted healthcare provider based in Laurel, MD, committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to every patient we serve.
