If you're passionate about delivering quality care, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care including wound care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring - Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans - Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in medical records - Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and discharge instructions - Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising nurses or physicians promptly - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control standards **Requirements:** - Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Maryland - Experienced in Tracheostomy and Ventilator. - Skilled in Gastrostomy Tube. - Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program - Current CPR/BLS certification - Previous clinical nursing experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply - Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, medical terminology, and patient care standards - Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills - Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care with a strong work ethic **About Us:** KindHearted Healthcare Services Inc is a trusted healthcare provider based in Laurel, MD, committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to every patient we serve.
