Kids Camp Coordinator

The Camp Seafire Coordinator is responsible for ensuring campers' safety, participating in program creation, executing programs to perfection, promoting Camp Seafire around the resort, and providing personalized luxury customer service to both internal and external guests, ensuring the highest level of service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring the safety and security of all Seafire campers, participate in the creation of Camp programs and provide ideas and suggestions. Participate in the planning and coordination of camp events. Promote Camp Seafire around the resort and providing the highest level of personalized luxury customer service to all internal and external guest in the resort. Ensuring the camp facility is safe and don’t cross rule violations memorizing all emergency procedures and enforcing camp rules Must be a people person, friendly and willing to engage with guests and parents in a professional, cheerful manner Additional projects and responsibilities may be assigned as needed. SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE WE'RE SEEKING: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in kids’ camps/clubs for luxury hotels OR teaching experience in Cayman (with a certificate of License to Teach) Early Childhood experience a plus Computer skills: experience working with outlook, word, excel and power point – skilled at administrative tasks like email responses and google sheet. First aid, CPR required and child protection training required including Darkness to Light. Ability to swim is necessary as activities regularly involve water – must be willing to go in the water Experience with leading programs including crafts creations and indoor/outdoor games. Experience managing large groups of children and leading activities. Individuals who are energetic, caring, friendly, outgoing, over achievers. This position requires a flexible schedule, must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Please note: management reserves the right to change, modify, and/or alter any of the duties listed above to meet business demands. Salary range: $.12.00 USD - $14.00 USD per hour, plus gratuties.
