In this role, you will provide direct support and guidance to at-risk youth and their families while helping bridge communication between the court system, service providers, and families. If you are passionate about working in Juvenile Justice or Social Services, we encourage you to apply. **What You’ll Do:** - Provide case management and support services to youth involved in the juvenile justice system - Develop individualized intervention and rehabilitation plans in collaboration with probation officers, counselors, and social workers - Monitor progress and compliance with court orders, probation terms, and intervention plans - Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed **What You’ll Need:** - Bachelor’s Degree required - Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle - Ability to pass required background clearances - Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening - Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends JusticeWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
