As the Key Control Officer, you’ll conduct inspections, develop policies, manage key-control systems, and administer the Office of Risk Management’s Loss Prevention Program. You’ll serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies, assist with safety training, review incidents, and ensure all safety-related documentation is accurate and timely. You’ll also supervise control center personnel, conduct security rounds, oversee youth movement, and respond to emergencies as needed. Possession of a high school diploma or GED or one year of experience in any field plus: Two years of experience in a residential, correctional, behavioral health, or group home setting with responsibility for one or more of the following: rehabilitation of delinquent youth, clinical care, custody, or security; OR Two years of experience in Probation and Parole.
