Junior Staff @ Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas

You’ll have the opportunity to **disciple students, lead Bible studies, pray with them, and speak into their lives daily**. This role is hands-on, relational, and deeply meaningful. If you have a heart for people and a passion for seeing lives changed… this is a place where your calling can grow. ### What You’ll Do - Lead Bible studies and times of prayer - Lead the women at Work Crews & outreaches - Disciple and mentor students daily - Build relationships that encourage growth and accountability - Assist with daily program operations and activities - Participate in outreach, chapel, and campus events - Help maintain a structured, Christ-centered environment **Requirements****** - **Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and spiritual maturity** - Agreement with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission - Heart for people struggling with addiction - High school diploma or GED - Willingness to complete Biblical Counseling training - Strong communication and relational skills - Ability to work as part of a team and stay organized - Must have a valid driver's license - Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. ### Benefits - **Paid Time Off (PTO)** - **13 paid holidays each year** - **Health insurance options available** - **403(b) retirement plan** - Ongoing **training and leadership development** - Opportunities for **ministry growth and advancement** - A **Christ-centered work environment** - Onsite housing option available - The opportunity to make a **real, lasting impact**
