Junior Project Manager (Management Track)

This is an excellent opportunity to begin a management career with strong growth potential. **About the Role:** - 60% field work / 40% office work - Conduct job-site visits and understand project conditions - Update project software and communicate with Project Managers and office staff - Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment **Preferred (but not required):** - Experience with Symbility, Xactimate, and RMS - Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently **What We’re Looking For:** - High personal standards and pride in your work - Strong honesty, communication skills, and work ethic - Desire to grow into a Project Manager and Senior PM within 2 years - Bilingual is a plus (English required) **Compensation & Benefits:** - Starting salary: $50,000–$58,000 (based on experience and fit) - Incentives available - Health benefits after 90-day probation period - Car allowance after 30 days plus mileage/gas reimbursement If you’re ambitious, detail-oriented, and ready to build a career in project management, we’d love to hear from you!
