About the role As a Junior Portfolio Manager, you will support the effective management, servicing, and monitoring of the loan portfolio. Working closely with the wider Portfolio Management team, you will help deliver excellent customer outcomes while ensuring portfolio activities are conducted in line with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of an assigned loan book, supporting a range of loan lifecycle activities including arrears management, payment processing, customer engagement, annual reviews, loan maturities, extensions, covenant testing, and compliance reporting. The role requires interaction with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate servicing of facilities.
