**Job Overview** We are seeking to hire a Plumbing Estimator to join our team. This resource will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive plumbing cost estimates for commercial projects. Responsibilities - Develop comprehensive plumbing estimates using Bluebeam or other estimating software tools. - Review construction plans, specifications, and contract documents to determine scope of work. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to assess project requirements and constraints. - Prepare detailed cost proposals including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor quotes. - Assist in bid preparation, contract review, and risk assessment to ensure competitive yet profitable proposals.
