The Junior Controller will take ownership of financial reporting, maintain a high level of accuracy, and prioritize effectively. Key Responsibilities Support month-end close and forecasting across multiple entities. Compile management reports and analyse global financial performance. Deliver timely financial results and insights to business stakeholders. Prepare financial information and analysis for stakeholder presentations. Improve financial processes, reporting clarity, and stakeholder understanding of results. Respond to ad hoc financial requests and provide commercially relevant insights. Manage the net revenue process, including revenue recognition, ideally within the media or advertising industry. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting global reporting deadlines. Oversee local statutory compliance, including quarterly GST lodgements and annual financial statement audits. Requirements Strong Excel skills; experience with Google Sheets is also preferred. Degree in Finance or Accounting. ACCA qualification and financial statement audit experience are preferred. At least two years of relevant experience in a controlling, accounting or business finance role, preferably within a high-growth international company. Good understanding of financial accounting; knowledge of IFRS is preferred. Experience with LucaNet or NetSuite would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages would be an advantage.
