As a Back-Office Agent you will: Manage incoming customer requests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and high-quality service. Provide accurate information and effective solutions regarding products purchased through the company’s online platform. Accurately register and update customer information in the CRM system. Monitor the progress of customer requests and liaise with Pricefox partners to ensure their optimal and timely resolution. Review, process, forward, and archive electronic documents in accordance with internal procedures and each partner’s Sales Policy. Collaborate closely with the Sales Department, providing administrative and operational support.
