We apply our unique expertise across strategic communications, public affairs, research, and digital marketing to create sophisticated and customized strategies that make change possible for both American and European clients. - **Starting Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000** - **Location: Expectation to work from DC, New York, Chicago, SF or LA offices at least 3 days a week** **The Impact You Will Make** You will concept and design high-quality digital ads and content from start to finish, assisting our design team to execute projects for a variety of clients. The Junior Art Director will work closely with a copywriter, under the direction of the Senior Art Director to develop and support high quality marketing campaigns and initiatives throughout the organization. **What You’ll Do** You will work with the design team to develop and design graphics, concepts and layouts for print, digital, motion, social and web use. You will collaborate with all areas of the organization to execute on marketing projects, campaigns and initiatives, brainstorm, pitch, execute and iterate on design campaigns, projects and content pieces. - At least 2 years of digital design experience - Full proficiency with Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, Jitter and more - Excellent design sense, including composition, color and typography - Ability to work in a very fast-paced, collaborative environment - A pulse on the digital world with an interest in what works versus what looks best - Use and knowledge of leading emerging AI tools - Applications without a portfolio will not be considered BPI offers a wide range of benefits to U.S.-based employees, including **100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) program with employer match up to 4%, generous time off for vacation, $50 monthly phone reimbursement, unlimited sick time, and 16 weeks of paid leave for new parents**.
