You will gain exposure to many aspects of the private securities industry. In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Supporting live transactions and marketplace activity across Hiive's business. - Analyzing data, building reports, and generating insights that help drive business decisions. - Partnering with teams across Marketplace, Institutional Markets, Operations, and Client & Transaction Services to deliver exceptional client outcomes. - Maintaining accurate records and workflows using Salesforce and Hiive's internal systems. - Identifying opportunities to improve processes and help implement scalable solutions. - Working closely with experienced team members who will mentor and challenge you as you grow. - Taking on increasing ownership and responsibility as you demonstrate impact. Required Skills - Recently completed (or are completing) an undergraduate degree in any discipline with an exceptional GPA (transcript required). - A proven track record of excellence, whether through academics, athletics, leadership, entrepreneurship, or extracurricular activities. - Internship, co-op, or work experience where you've demonstrated initiative, accountability, and strong execution. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel. - Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to solve complex problems. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Curiosity, humility, and a desire to learn quickly in a high-performance environment. - Excited to work in person from Hiive's Vancouver headquarters. Preferred Skills - Internship or coursework in finance, business, economics, engineering, or another quantitative field. - Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms. - Interest in private markets, venture capital, startups, or financial technology.
