Cosa farai Contabilità Generale: prima nota, ciclo attivo e passivo, banche, liquidazioni iva Scadenziario e anagrafica clienti/fornitori Reportistica mensile: supporto alla redazione dei bilanci mensili per HQ Collaborazione cross-team e cross-country Chi cerchiamo 2 anni di esperienza in contesti mediamente strutturati Esperienza amministrativa Visione proattiva e orientamento al miglioramento continuo, oltre la gestione operativa Competenze chiave: Approccio analitico e confidenza con dati e reportistica (Excel o strumenti simili) Buone capacità organizzative e gestione delle priorità sotto pressione Attitudine alla collaborazione e influenza positiva sul team Requisiti: Diploma o laurea in ambito economico o simile Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B1 o superiore) L’esperienza in ambienti internazionali o a contatto con stakeholder esteri costituisce un plus Gradita conoscenza gestionale Navision/WorkDay Cosa offriamo Formazione continua e sviluppo strutturato delle competenze Ambiente internazionale, innovativo e orientato alla performance Retribuzione Range salariale: €24.000 – €27.000 RAL annua in funzione dell’esperienza, delle competenze e del livello di responsabilità richiesto dal ruolo. L’inquadramento contrattuale e il pacchetto retributivo complessivo saranno definiti in fase di selezione.
