Minimize credit union losses by controlling loan delinquency through communications, investigations, negotiations, and collection with members. Work to recover and/or prevent losses in other risk services. **Minimum Formal Education** **:** High School Graduate **Experience:** Consumer Loan Collections or related experience preferred The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently. *\*Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.
