The role also provides the opportunity to contribute to the continued evolution of a leading multi-asset trading platform. **Role Summary** The Junior Equity Trader will serve as a key member of the TRPIM Equity Trading team, providing support across all areas of the trading desk while progressively assuming responsibility for trade execution across a broad range of products and global markets. This position is intended for an early-career trading professional with relevant experience, a strong intellectual curiosity, a high degree of self-motivation, and a demonstrated interest in financial markets. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute immediately and develop into a trusted trading partner through consistent execution, sound judgment, effective communication, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach. The role encompasses responsibilities across domestic and international equities, exchange-traded funds, program trading, derivative-related trading activity, market intelligence gathering, broker relationship management, and participation in continuous improvement efforts across the trading desk. This individual should be well suited to a fast-paced, team-based environment and demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying opportunities to improve trading outcomes for portfolio managers.
